Experienced trade assistants required for urgent start based in Brighton

Our client a specialist manufacturer of shipping containers based in Brighton has an urgent need for experienced trade assistants.

Duties and requirements will include:
Setting up work areas, collection of required tools and materials, assembly and disassembly of fixed plant, mobile equipment or related products, assisting tradespersons with construction, repairs and maintenance.

You will also ensure all tools and equipment used in the performance of work are safe to use & stored in the required clean & correct manner. Also general housekeeping and cleaning activities, manual tasks including team lifts, use of basic hand tools, use of hand-held angle grinder and some basic welding will be required. Expectations will be that you are safety focused and that this is always taken into considerarion in your thought process.

Applicants with welding experience and a current forklift ticket will be highly regarded.
