Sacca’s is a fast growing family business and is well known for our fresh produce and great service to the community. We are expanding our business to be a one stop shop with butcher, bakery, seafood and full service bistro.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced and passionate smallgoods expert to join AFS and use your experience and knowledge to drive results and assist in mentoring and developing staff in our Deli Department.

Position Responsibilities

The Deli Manager is responsible for the total operations of the Deli and Cheese Bar all based within the store. Specifically:

- Product Range, supplier relationships
- Product Quality
- Customer service
- Food Safety & WHS
- Rostering

Skills & Experience:

- Extensive Deli knowledge & experience
- Management Experience
- Customer Service Focus
- Ability to drive sales and profitability to achieve budgets
- Experience in stock control
- Excellent knowledge of WHS and Food Safety.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
