**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a vibrant and proactive Optical Assistant to join our team 2 days per week, at our Rosebud location, with the view to increased days.

You’ll be asked to deliver exceptional customer care for our customers using sales, retail and customer services skills and oversee the day to day activities of the business. You’ll also want to share our brand passion for teamwork, high quality eyewear and stylish presentation. Salary will depend on your experience.

**Previous optical experience is required**
- Provide frame styling and lens advice to our customers
- Enjoy a diverse role with direct customer contact
- General practice activities including bookings and administration

Skills & Experience:

- Retail sales skills
- Excellent customer service and sales experience
- Good communication with ability to build rapport with customers and the team
- Attention to detail
- Must be triple vaccinated
