The team at Nextra Burleigh Heads Newsagency are looking to expand. Located in the Stockland Shopping Centre at Burleigh Heads, the customer services roles are offering approx. 10+ hours per week. Must be available weekends and weekdays.

The position will include the following daily duties (but is not limited to):

- Engaging, serving and assisting customers;
- Money handling including EFTPOS and cash transactions;
- Maintaining, replenishing and merchandising stock and product displays;
- Responsible service of lotteries and other soft gambling product; and
- Opening tasks including OH&S, cleaning procedures and register balancing
- Able to achieve KPI Targets

Customer Service background is a must and although Newsagency experience would be beneficial, on-the-job training can be provided. Most importantly, management is looking for a reliable individual with a positive attitude and the enthusiasm to learn the role quickly.

**Salary**: $21.00 - $35.13 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burleigh Waters, QLD 4220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
