**About the role**:
Bayside Handyman Service is seeking an experienced Handyperson to join our team in Melbourne Bayside area. Full time, part time or sub-contract roles available, where you will be responsible for providing a wide range of maintenance and handyperson services to our valued clients.

Bayside Handyman Service is a small family owned company providing repair, maintenance and carpentry services to residential and commercial clients in Melbourne Bayside area. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality and customer service and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Performing general maintenance, repair and installation tasks across commercial and residential properties
- Undertaking a variety of handyman duties such as carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling and general plumbing
- Responding promptly to service requests and troubleshooting issues
- Maintaining a high level of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to the client's satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience as a Handyperson or in a similar maintenance role preferred
- Strong practical skills across a range of trades including (but not limited to) carpentry, general repairs & maintenance, basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Current driver's licence
- High level attention to detail
- Time management
- Polite and well presented
- Ability to problem solve and find appropriate solutions
- Ability to use job scheduling app and working collaboratively with administration

**Must be skilled and experienced in the following**:

- Carpentry (all aspects)
- General home maintenance and repairs
- Cabinetry/joinery
- Plastering and painting
- Tiling, grouting, caulking
- Basic plumbing

**What we offer**:

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
