**About the role**

At Bullivants we're on a mission to deliver top-notch service to our clients, so we are looking for a **Field Service Technician**in our** Carrington, Newcastle NSW**branch. **What You'll Do**:
As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities will include:

- 100% commitment to personal and business safety
- Height safety installations, repairs, modifications and recertifications.
- Inspect, maintain and service repairs on lifting equipment and accessories on customer premises including travel to and from customer sites.
- Work away from home for small periods of the year
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare written/digital reports to customers and company records
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

**What you will bring with you**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Height safety installation experience will be beneficial
- Basic computer skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role including working at heights and working on surface and underground at mine sites which requires order 43 medical completion
- Valid Australian drivers license
