**Responsibilities**
- Lead the Café team to create a positive and harmonious atmosphere
- Manage front of house responsibilities, including till and POS station
- Proactively manage Food & Beverage upsell opportunities and promotions to maximise revenue return
- Ensure customer complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner and communicate all to the Tavern Manager
- Effectively communicate information to customers and stakeholders
- Deliver KPIs as per direction of the Tavern Manager and Head Chef
- Work with Head Chef to ensure the menu meets target audiences and suggest modifications when necessary to meet local demand
- Ensure the appearance and cleanliness of the Café is maintained to an exceptional standard
- Ensure the Café is appropriately stocked with quality food and sundry items
- Complete and oversee the cleaning and sanitation of all areas

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated cooking and food preparation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident with making decisions and the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to discuss all concerns and feedback in a positive manner to promote ideal outcomes
- Pro-active team player
- Well organised with a keen eye for detail
