We drive internal succession planning as a key focus

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Styling customers
- Driving KPI’s
- Recruitment
- Coaching and training
- Visual merchandising
- Managing store administration and operations
- Loss prevention
