**YMCA Head Office** team**are recruiting for a front office **Receptionist**on a** Permanent Full-Time**basis to join our team located in **Fortitude Valley.**

**About the role**

The Receptionist will provide customer service to our internal and external customers, including general administrative support across the various services and business units of the two entities, being Y Queensland which includes the following portfolio’s, marketing, human resources, finance and accounting and IT as well as Y-Care.

**What will my time look like?**

Undertake routine activities including reception (telephone and counter enquiries), arranging correspondence and general administration, maintaining records accuratel

- s Printing, scanning, uploading and filing of document
- s Communicate with internal and external stakeholders provide information and advice in line with Y Queensland policie
- s Assist to set up and pack down events, including ordering and preparation of foo
- d Answer and direct telephone calls and attend to and follow up on staff, and visitor enquires in a timely mannerMaintain computer files and undertake systematic database backup procedures as requeste
- d Ensure all staff, volunteers and visitors sign in and out as they arrive and leave the sit
