**About the business**

We are currently seeking a Head of Tax for a rapidly growing Financial Services company. Following my client’s period of expansion, they are looking to expand their in-house finance team, including a Head of Tax role. This hire will be responsible for managing interactions with advisors, acting as a key point of contact for all tax related matters as well as managing and building out a tax team.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Acting as key point of contact for all tax matters
- Liaise with third party advisors to ensure that compliance.
- Getting involved with international tax projects.
- Tax advisory and strategic work, including tax structuring.
- Helping grow the in-house tax function, playing a key role in the hiring process, and ensuring that the team’s professional goals are achieved.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Proven corporate tax experience across tax compliance, accounting, law & advisory.
- Comfortable working effectively with advisors and managing internal and external relationships.
- Has proven track record on managing and building strong team.
