Quarry Manager

We are currently looking for a Quarry Manager to run the day to day work load in our clients facility. You will have experience in over seeing the daily management, health & Safety, operational of multiple machines on site.

In your new role, you will be:

- Leading and managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals.
- Making business decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, including achieving agreed targets / KPIs, financial planning, budgeting and managing costs within budget.
- Managing the day-to-day operations where you are responsible for quarry development, storm water and environmental management, and preventative maintenance schedules
- Focused on continuing our approach to rehabilitation and maintaining our reputation within the industry as a responsible and sustainable partner
- Bring a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others.

**Salary**: $73,542.80 - $131,185.18 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wollert VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Quarry Manager: 3 years (preferred)
- Excavator: 3 years (preferred)
- Front end loader truck: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
