At Screen Australia, we are passionate about championing Australian stories and driving the development of a diverse and vibrant screen industry. We are pivotal in supporting screen projects across all formats and genres, from feature films to online content and Games.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek a talented and driven Digital Content Creator to join our Communications team. In this role, you will be pivotal in crafting and publishing engaging content across various digital channels, including our website, The Screen Guide, intranet, and social media platforms to name a few. Your main focus will be developing diverse and compelling content that supports our digital engagement strategy and drives audience interaction.
About you
In order to hit the ground running you will demonstrate the following:
Tertiary education in Media, Communications, Arts, or a related field, with 3-4 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital publishing, and content management systems.
Proven experience in developing, implementing, and tracking digital communication strategies.
Expertise in a wide range of digital platforms and content formats.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a knack for producing compelling content that aligns with corporate objectives.
Strong skills in filming, editing, and writing, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in short-form video, print, and digital content.
Familiarity with analytics suites (e.g., Google Analytics), EDM software (e.g., Mailchimp, Swift), community management software (e.g., Sprout), and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of the Australian screen sector is highly desirable.

The benefits
In return, you will receive a salary of $81,194 per annum + 15.4% superannuation, annual salary review based on performance, work in our modern offices conveniently located in Ultimo and become part of a friendly, creative and high-performing team environment.
Please note, while at Screen Australia, employees are unable access any state or Screen Australia funding, in addition to freelancing on any Screen Australia productions.
