Asphalt Supervisor

We are currently looking for an **Asphalt Supervisor **to join our team based in Ipswich, QLD. Experience in the Roads Industry, particularly with asphalt, will be highly regarded. If you are already a leading hand / foreperson this role may be for you

**What you’ll bring**

You will have previous experience with managing all aspects of supervising an asphalt project including; knowledge of the commercial and contract scope; understanding progress, productivity and performance measurements; building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and;
In addition to the above you will have:

- Exposure in civil road construction, road maintenance and surfacing industry
- Successful track record with planning, organising and time management
- Proven experience in identifying opportunities; improvements and solutions which will impact the business
- Recognised ability to lead & drive accountability throughout the workforce
- Demonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholders
- Good understanding of the relevant Occupational Health and Safety regulations and legislative requirements as applied to the road Industry
- Lead by example and continually promote relevant aspects of Zero Harm when engaging with operational teams
