You’ll be empowered to focus on your career progression and turn your goals into reality as an integral part of the group’s success. - Work onsite for our client Toyota - Port Melbourne location with free onsite parking - Full time position - Operating hours Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm - Great Working and Team Environment **About the Role** To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual. You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail and you will have a good level of computer literacy. Effective communication skills will also be required. **Main Duties** - Mail sorting and distribution - Notifying and distributing the inbound courier/parcel - Interoffice mail runs (for office including Port Melbourne HQ and North Altona office) using the company van - Courier bookings and deliveries - Dealing with customer enquiries - Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationery - Assist in organising meetings and conferences - Maintain databases and update presentations - Light cleaning duties - Assist with filing and maintenance document files - General administrative duties - Some heavy lifting may be involved **Key Requirements** - Hold a valid Driver’s License - Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology - Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service - Strong organisational and time management skills - The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards - Previous customer service experienced highly regarded - We believe in the power of an inclusive & diverse workforce.
