**AC Hotel by Marriott Melbourne Southbank** is looking for a **Maintenance Officer **to join the team on a **Full-Time **OR **Part-Time** basis.

**What we are looking for**
- A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor.
- Personable communication skills.
- A passion for the industry, a want to be the best in service.
- Basic knowledge of power tool usage.
- Prior experience in Handyman is a plus.

**What you will do**
- Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucets.
- Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
