We are a Long Day Care Centre in the heart of busy Lane Cove looking for an experienced, full-time Preschool Room Leader to join our friendly team of educators We are looking for an experienced and qualified Preschool Educator to join our growing and friendly team in Lane Cove. This is a permanent full-time position.

As a Preschool Early Childhood Educator and Leader you will bring your passion for working with children to our supportive team to provide quality education and care services. You will work and lead a team of dedicated educators to create a stimulating, positive & inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS). You will take charge of the observation and evaluation of children's development to support their learning outcomes. You will also engage with families and the community.

You will be an excellent communicator and be able to liaise with families on a regular basis. You have experience working in a Long Day Care setting.
- Must have previous experience/training in a similar role
- Previous experience in a similar role (i.e. can manage a busy room setting up exciting experiences & liase with staff)
- Hold a completed Certificate III or Diploma (ACECQA Approved)
- A Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- The ability to form warm, responsive relationships with children
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be a great team player

**Salary**: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster

- Lane Cove, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
