**About the opportunity**
We are looking for an experienced Civil Superintendent to join our Sydney team, leading the successful delivery of complex civil construction projects. As a key member of our project leadership team, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and drive project performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to make an impact by delivering essential infrastructure projects that benefit local communities.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Leading and managing site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and within budget.
- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to design specifications and quality standards.
- Driving site productivity and resolve challenges with practical, on-the-ground solutions.
- Fostering a culture of safety and environmental compliance across all project activities.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and strong relationships.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Proven experience in a Superintendent or similar leadership role in civil construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil construction methodologies and processes.
- Ability to lead teams effectively, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
