**About the Role**

Co-Ground currently have opportunities for Part-time or Casual Baristas to join Mobile Events Team

We're a social enterprise serving up great coffee, food and events all around Melbourne. We're excited about delivering an amazing experience to our clients and customers as well as serving a high quality product that we can be proud of.

We're also a Not for Profit. All of the profits from our operations go towards health, education and community development projects in the Asia Pacific, and here in Melbourne. You'll be part of a passionate team that cares about making the world a better place.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Barista experience in a busy setting and/or in events. Specialty coffee experience a big plus.
- Be able to work efficiently and take initiative
- Have, or can obtain, a Working With Children's Check & Police Check
- Have, or can obtain, a RSA
- Possess great communication skills
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Be a positive part of a small team
- Bump in, service, and bump out for each event
- Small amount of lifting involved (there will always be 2 staff members in order to lift heavy items safely)
- Develop and maintain great relationships with customers and clients
- Understand & Communicate Co-Ground's social enterprise message to clients and staff

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-35 per week

**Salary**: $22.50 - $33.50 per hour
