**About the role**

The role of the Content & Partnerships department is to bring creativity to media and act as the interface between Wavemaker and our partners (be that media beyond spots & dots, production, influencer, activation, talent, sports & entertainment or even WPP), to ensure client campaigns are executed and amplified in an effective, creative and future facing, Wavemaker way. Our role is to compliment the core planning & buying of media which is a core discipline of the agency.

The role of the executive within the Content & Partnerships team is to provide support to the C&P team through all aspects of the Content & Partnerships offering.

**Skills & Experience**
- Passion for Content & Partnerships
- Passion for Media Creativity
- Well developed, up to date, media landscape knowledge (able to articulate current consumer insights).
- Attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Established tools knowledge (C&P Tools - Matchmaker, ContentScan, Tagger, Phlanx, Brandwatch, Social Bakers, BuzzSumo, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.) and across future tools as and when required
- Creative thinking mentality
- Some partnership experience
- Demonstrates well developed creative thinking, strategic & planning skills

**What success looks like**:
The easiest and simplest way to see if you have done a great job is when:
**In 3 months, you would have**:

- Immersed yourself in the team with an understanding of the status of all active and upcoming campaigns.
- Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports.
- A strong understanding of and can clearly articulate the Wavemaker proposition, core C&P processes and our way of working.
- Fully up to speed with the client(s) you are working on, and able to offer a viewpoint on what role we can play in the Content & Partnership space
- Engaged in the strategic planning on the client(s) in your remit; attending briefing sessions; undertaking research utilising appropriate tools, desk research or bespoke research; providing insights and ideas, working on responses to brief

**In 6 months, you would have**:

- Owning the C&P processes for specific allocated clients/campaigns from end to end, ensuring that your manager and wider team are regularly updated on the performance of each campaign demonstrating excellent attention to detail
- Working well with your direct report
- Demonstrated your ability to deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective and proactive way.
- Strengthened your key stakeholder relationships to deliver great team work consistently.

**In 12 months, you would have**:

- Taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients - responsibility and volume. Proactively adding value to the team based on campaign performance
- Building strong relationships with publishers, representing the Wavemaker team appropriately and ensuring that our campaigns are delivered to the highest quality
- Established as an expert in Content & Partnerships on the client’s category and business; able to offer strong views, opinions, recommendations and solutions to our clients business challenges
- Considered a key member of the team by both clients and internal team alike; actively managing requests, proactively adding value to the client relationship and ensuring the we are delivering the best service possible
- Established yourself and are recognised internally and externally, as an integral member of the team, with a comprehensive understanding of how the team and company operates.
