**The Opportunity**

We're looking for a deeply curious and passionate **Food & Beverage Coordinator (Full-time) **to springboard their career in the Food & Beverage industry. Answer phones, take dining reservations and enter diner information into reservation systems. Assisting other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to our guests is provided.

**Profile**
- Exposure and experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you are conveying important messages to guests and team members
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional at administrative duties and data entry
- Ability to work autonomously, however comfortable reaching out for support when needed
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Collaborative, positive outlook and flexible approach to your work
- Full working rights in Australia
- Willing to be flexible is essential as shifts will include days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
