In this role you will contribute to the success of ClearView by contributing to overall information systems planning, implementation and administrative procedures in a variety of IT functional areas.
*Key Responsibilities:
*
- Support and improve security and compliance systems, processes, and frameworks
- Investigate and report, IT security incidents
- Compliance & performance reporting
- Work with vendors to understand and improve IT security
- Work with risk and compliance + external auditors to ensure ClearView meets regulatory requirements
- Provide support to the IT Incident Management, DR\BCP functions across ClearView
- Provide backup support during staff shortages to the Service Desk and Engineering groups
- Champion security awareness and training

*Qualifications:
*
- Microsoft Certifications
- Sound understanding of O365 and related Microsoft environs
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to deal with a wide range of personalities
- Excellent time management and priority setting skills
- Good knowledge of IT principles, technologies and concepts
- Security and Risk focussed
- Good facilitation skills
