If you have a Cert III in Finance or similar experience, a hands on knowledge of Xero and experience in a busy workplace processing a large volume of invoices for accounts payable, then we would love to hear from you. **About the role**: St Louis are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Finance officer to join our Business Operations Team at Marryatville. The team manage accounts payables, payroll, client and resident invoicing and government claims across our Community Care, NDIS and Nursing Home entities. We are currently using a software package called CIM in Community Care, however the Nursing Home are utilising Xero for financial management. You will also be required to assist with bank reconciliations and reporting in both software systems, so a good understanding of basic bookkeeping practices and management of chart of accounts and general ledger is essential. **Key Tasks** - invoice entry into CIM / Xero software as appropriate - create payment batches for approval - bank reconciliation in CIM / Xero - visa card reconciliations via Xero - Journals as per Accountant instructions - Assist with preparation of BAS, IAS, and Financial reporting requirements - monthly, quarterly & Annual **About St Louis**: St Louis Home Care provides premium community care services and support for older people in their own homes, in our NDIS facility and our out Nursing Home.
