I.t Tech/doc Writer

Allied Express Transport are Australia’s largest privately owned express transport organisation, offering a broad range of services from metropolitan courier and taxi truck, to intra and state road and air services, pick pack warehousing facilities, supported by leading edge technology, strong operational expertise and focused customer service.

We are looking for a results driven, self-motivated person to be our Technical/Functional Document Writer nationally. We need a person who can “make it happen”, enjoys lots of variety in their role, and understands that we work in a fast paced, low margin industry.

The challenge is to take a strong and successful company, and create it into a household name across Australia

**Responsibilities**

You will create project artifacts into technical support documents including Standard Operating Procedures, IT service management technically aligned specifications.

**Skills and experience required**
- Good understanding of technical C/C++, JAVA and PHP languages.
- Good understanding of VMware environment.
- Strong in translating the in-house C/C++, Java, PHP script projects into functional and or technical specifications and support documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently, and as part of a team.
- Translating a complex information into simple that meets customer needs while maintaining a consistent house style

- Monday to Friday
