**Location-**:Parramatta Westfield Level 5

**Position Description-**:

- Minimum of 6 - 12 months experience required
- Performing point-of-sale services and customer service
- Advising management of customer grievances and queries as they arise
- Keeping assigned store clean and presentable and conforming to the shopping centre requirements
- Cash handling in the performance of point-of-sale service
- Attending to the requests of customers
- Reporting to and taking instructions from the franchisee store managers or supervisors
- Preparing and serving food as per store recipes and guidelines
- Ensuring appropriate dress standard, head covering, and apron is worn at all times
- Ensuring the working environment is kept clean and free of hazards
- Observing and complying with company’s OH&S guidelines
- Co-operating and complying with management with regard
- Time Management
- Performance Assessments
- Dress Standards
- Work Schedules and Rosters and
- Compliance with the Franchisor’s Manual and the Company Manual.
