**Responsibilities**:

- Operate various machinery and tools used in the window fabrication process, including (but not limited to): saws, crimpers, drills, and CNC equipment (training provided).
- Assemble window components, including frames, sashes, and glass, according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards.
- Handle and store materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Follow work instructions and production schedules.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to read and understand work instructions and diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina (able to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods).
- Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Experience operating machinery and hand tools.
- Forklift certification (not required, but a plus).

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 30kg.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a factory environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Ability to use hands and arms repetitively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
