**The Role**

Derrimut 24:7 Gym in is currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated Group Fitness Coordinator to join our team. This Manager is to provide leadership and daily direction to the sales and fitness teams. With a passion for providing outstanding customer service by helping clients through fitness and health.

The key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following:

- General enquries
- Mentoring and recruiting our sub-contractors
- Development of sub-contractors’ practical skill sets and knowledge
- Aliasing with Fitness Administrator with on-boarding duties from creating/sending of sub-contractor agreements, filing and assisting on inducting new services
- Checking return of documentation from GFIs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Well presented, professional and enthusiastically customer focused
- Quick learner, especially with new systems
- Motivated, organised and results driven
- Experience in building and managing client relationships
- High sense of integrity and honesty
- A team player who is able to lead and manage staff and personal trainers
- To be up to date with fitness trends within the industry

To be eligible for this position you must have:

- At least 2 years of management experience
- Sales and member retention experience
- Customer service experience & strong administration skills
- Holds a current Level 2 First Aid, CPR and Police check
