**About the role**

Be a part of our passionate Louis Vuitton retail team in one of our Melbourne Stores. We are looking for both full-time and casual Client Advisors. In our service focused roles, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, storytelling and showcasing unparalleled product knowledge to our valued clients. With a focus on delivering an outstanding in-store journey, you will play a key part in showcasing our iconic brand and driving the success of the store.

**Profile**:
**What you'll be doing**
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist and provide solutions to clients with their purchases
- Contribute to a positive team dynamic and a luxurious store environment

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality or retail role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clientele
- A passion for the luxury retail industry and an understanding of the Louis Vuitton Brand
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A professional, approachable and friendly attitude
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive and self-motivation to succeed
- A team player and thrives from working within a team environment
