**Explore & Develop Penrith is seeking an enthusiastic Trainee.**

**About the role**

Bringing your passion for working with children, you will be pivotal to our centre's success, our team-based culture and achieving our standard of excellence.

You will work with a team of dedicated educators and assistants to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).

**Essential Attributes of this role**:

- Appropriate liaising with parents whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Learning about record keeping, compliance and programming
- Ensure the safety & well being of all stakeholders (children, educators and families)
- Commitment to ongoing learning and self-development, innovation and motivation
- Have genuine enthusiasm and passion for the profession
- Demonstrate strong commitment to high quality care.
- Demonstrate highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with the children, families and staff
- Come to us with a desire to grow professionally and personally
- Have the ability to learn everything you can about Early Learning

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Willingness to Undertaking certificate 3 in Children’s Services
- Current APPROVED work with children's check

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $21.00 per hour
