E-commerce Operator

**About the role**:
PTC are currently seeking a talented and motivated E-Commerce Operator to join our head office team at Crestmead.

This opportunity is offering full-time employment - 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Research the market and develop new products
- Digital marketing strategy planning
- Publishing and optimizing listings, operating advertisements, and creating popular listings
- Assist colleagues in the supply chain to optimize the quality of existing products through ERP RMA system, product quality problem statistics and customer feedback, etc.

**To be successful for this role, you will have**:

- A genuine passion for mobile, tech and the e-commerce industry
- At least two years of demonstrated digital marketing experience
- Shopify operating experience preferred but not essential
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, who is driven and works well in a team
- Be passionate about delivering marketing solutions that drive results
- Be highly organised and have a strong attention to detail
