Leading Architectural Firm needs a Licenced / Project Architect to design and deliver commercial projects

**Your new company**

This leading commercial Architectural Firm has been positively shaping Launceston's built environment for decades. They offer innovative and creative designs and are committed to fulfilling their client's aspirations through efficient project / construction management and delivery.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Directors, this role will see you leading and managing your own portfolio of projects. On a daily basis, you'll be enjoying all facets of the profession along with the following key tasks.
- Liaising with clients to establish concepts, designs and pricing
- Working with technicians to develop planning and construction documentation.
- Prepare and manage construction tenders
- Project and contract management
- Project completions and handover.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Ideally, you'll be a licenced Architect with Tasmanian accreditation, or at least, be a seasoned Architect with recent experience and understanding of the local market. You'll need to have a flair for design coupled with a commercial approach and tight project / contract management controls.
