We are thrilled to welcome a vibrant Service Manager service located in Yanchep, where we create a supportive and stimulating environment for children to thrive.

Busy Bees at Yanchep is a 93 place service with bright and spacious learning areas, as well as large and natural outdoor play areas. As the Service Manager at our service, you will play a vital position in shaping the educational journey of children while providing leadership and guidance to a team of passionate educators. Your role will involve creating an inclusive, safe, and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.

Essential Qualifications:

- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to maintain one.
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and manage a team of educators, ensuring optimal performance and staff retention.
- Capability to handle day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations, ensuring the Service remains compliant.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with families, staff, regulatory bodies, and the broader community.
- Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with all stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

- Experience in a previous Service Manager, Centre Director, Centre Manager role or similar.
- Skills to address and resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise among staff or with families.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.
- Ability to utilize relevant software for management, communication, and reporting purposes.
- A commitment to ongoing training and development to stay updated with sector changes and best practices.
