HR Advisor

Do you want to be a part of one of Australia's leading FMCG wholesalers in the Bankstown area? My client is seeking to hire a switched on HR Advisor to assist with maintaining, improving and establishing best processes for the HR function.

Responsible for driving Change Management through your Human Resource knowledge and expertise, You will Shadow the HR Manager in supporting the HR Function in all areas including end to end recruitment, policies & procedures, Coaching & Training, OHS and all Administration where required.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Handle all aspects of on boarding, inductions, documentation and review of recruitment processes
- Revise and update current policies and procedures where necessary
- Deliver training modules to update and inform staff of newly implemented/updates policies & procedures
- Conduct all performance reviews for staff
- Ensure all staff are aware of legislation, policies and procedures through conducting training workshops
- Coach Managers and Executives on performance of employees, disciplinary actions and grievances
- Compliance across Legislative Acts and Awards, including updates where necessary
- Act as the OHS Coordinator for the business, ensuring compliance is held

You **MUST** have the following to be considered:

- At least 3 years relevant HR experience
- Professional / Clear written and verbal communication
- Bilingual in English AND Cantonese
- Position Certification or Tertiary qualification
