We are looking for an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our fast paced and fun team based at Pemulwuy NSW. Reporting to the Inventory Controller, you will be tasked with delivery of the highest quality stock outcomes in compliance with not only industry standards but also meeting the contractual obligations we have to our clients. You will ensure that physical stock matches the system reporting at any given point in time. You will process cycle counts and stock audits.

You will be responsible for (not limited to):

- Executing Cycle Counts
- Executing Stock Counts
- Empty Location Audits
- Missing Stock Investigations - BAU
- Maintain min and max for pick face clients and audits.
- Maintaining Inventory Calendar YTD
- 100% Count Accuracy

To be successful in the role you must:

- Proven Inventory Experience in a Multi Client (3PL) Environment.
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work to conflicting priorities.
- High level of communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent time management.
- WMS Experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Forklift licenses (High reach/counter balance unit)
