We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Scoping Supervisor for our Telecommunications Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. We're looking for someone who works collaboratively with field staff (and clients) and supports them to get the job done as safely as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Supervising and managing a self-perform team- Ensuring workers implement control measures to minimise risk to health and safety of themselves and others through SWMS, Special Processes and Corrective Actions- Reports incidents, non-conformances and near misses and participate in incident investigations when required- Collaborating with project staff and oversee metro and regional based roster roles (travel is essential for this role)- Planning, calculating and monitoring daily cost of resources and work to budgets- Conduct Toolbox talks and prestart meetings.
How you'll connect to the role:
- Ideally you will have an appropriate trade certificate (or equivalent)- Experience as a Scoping Supervisor working on NBN/communications projects is highly regarded- Have a current driver’s license- Proven commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance on site- Able to work in regional and remote locations if required- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
