**Role - QSE Coordinator**:
As a QSE Coordinator at Glassworks Vic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and environmental standards of our products and services. You will work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to develop and implement quality, safety, and environmental management systems and processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards. You will also conduct internal audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks and recommend corrective actions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality, safety, and environmental management systems and processes
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards
- Provide expert advice and guidance on QSE-related matters to employees, contractors, and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to QSE management
- Investigate incidents and accidents and identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and recommend changes or improvements to QSE management systems and processes

**Requirements**:

- Relevant degree and certification in quality, safety, and environmental management or a related field
- Experience in QSE management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of QSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The salary for this role is between $100k-$115k.
