**The role**:
**Snooze Cockburn**,** **is looking for a motivational and experienced senior leader who is driven, goal-orientated and passionate about customer service. In addition, energy and excellent service that continually provides our customers with the best shopping experience.

The role is a full-time **Store Manager** position. In this role, you can expect retail hours will vary and will include rotating weekends and public holidays where required.

**You already come with the following**:

- Previous retail experience in big-ticket items is preferred
- Previous management experience
- Experience in stock management
- You know what exceptionally high standards of customer service look like
- The drive to achieve sales KPIs in line with targets and budgets
- Energy and a positive attitude that brings out the best in you and all those around you
- The motivation to coach and inspire your team to reach their personal best
- Influencing and motivating the team to succeed in the achievement of productivity, sales and product knowledge
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all team members
- Effective communication skills
- Necessary fitness to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required.
