**The Role**
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional customer care. In this role, you’ll:

- Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.
- Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.
- Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Promote current sales and product offerings to customers.
- Be available to travel to multiple Pharmacies in your area
- Work weekends and nights when required

**About You**
We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference. Whether you’re an experienced Pharmacy Assistant or a retailer ready to explore a new career, we’d love to hear from you

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- A friendly and engaging personality with a passion for customer service.
- Previous experience in pharmacy or retail (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional presentation and a customer-first attitude.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work weekends, nights and school holidays

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I-IV).
- Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems.
