You are enthusiastic, self-confident and you have a contagious drive to succeed. You're the kind of person who can influence and negotiate and can effortlessly build relationships with the people around you.

A proven track record in new home construction sales is desired but not mandatory. You will need exceptional customer service, self-confidence and a willingness to succeed. Other highly regarded qualities include a strong work ethic, clear communication and a good level of computer literacy.

**THE ROLE**

Based at our Leppington display home, your responsibilities include:

- Enhancing our client's experience, by assessing clients needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- The capture and cultivation of new and existing leads.
- Selling and negotiating new home build solutions.
- Achieving or exceeding sales targets.

This is a role that requires the flexibility to work 5 days per week which includes weekends and public holidays.
