We are seeking Expressions of Interest across Senior/Program Change roles, Change Manager roles and Change Analyst for a one-year max term contract on either a part time or full-time capacity based in Blackburn and working in a flexible hybrid WFH nature.

Reporting to the Change Management Team Lead, you will be an integral member of a highly effective and established Strategy and Enterprise Projects department which supports The Salvation Army to successfully plan, establish, deliver, and embed outcomes for organisational change projects; as well as helping build project and change capability within the organisation.

About you
- Bachelors level degree in Commerce, Business, HR, psychology or related (desirable).
- Prosci Change Management Practitioner Certification or equivalent, PMBOK / Prince 2 Project Management Certification (desirable)
- Managed a range of change management projects across the full project life-cycle and / or 2 years’ experience as a Change Analyst or Business Analyst
- Strong change management skills in cross functional projects and the ability to drive change and set direction
- Knowledge & experience in people, process, and technology projects
- Proficient financial acumen required to manage budgetary and resourcing constraints
- Collaborative stakeholder relationship management and strong influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Thrive in a for purpose environment with social and sustainable outcomes.
