**What We're Looking For**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or actively working toward it)
- Previous experience in an early learning or long day care setting
- A confident, caring approach with a strong focus on relationships
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team
- A strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing
