**The role**: The Project Support officer is a core administrative role to support the Digital Application Services, integrated electronic Medical record (ieMR) function. This role will see you ensuring the delivery of consistent, seamless and high-quality project administration support.Your key responsibilities will include:

- Coordination and administrative support undertaking Data analyst and report preparation for dissemination across the department.
- Support and assist with information gathering to assist with the effective delivery of work packages.
- Provide support to senior staff regarding coordination of actions, risks, and key milestones to assist project needs.
- Collaboration with key stakeholders to perform ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Are you right for this role?To secure this role you must have a demonstrated excellence in organising yourself and your environment whilst working within a team with knowledge of, or an ability to learn the IM/ICT project life cycle to assist in the delivery of work packages. You will show a high degree of initiative and reliability whilst working independently and be analytical and organised problem solver in your approach. Furthermore, you will have a high level of both written and verbal communication and be comfortable communicating with stakeholders from across the organisation and community.
