Looking for a dynamic and passionate individual that will have:
- 2-3 years management consulting experience from either a Big 4 or quality boutique.
- Exceptional Structured problem-solving methodology and analytical capability, and the ability to deliver large scale strategic projects.
- Excellent academics.
- Strong capabilities on stakeholder management and communication.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of all elements of the consulting lifecycle.
- Collaborative approach and proclivity for the team building, practice development, and working closely with other consultants.
This role plays an exciting and important in supporting the Melbourne office, contributing to the delivery of the strategy consulting projects across a number of industry sectors, however, with a Financial Services focus. You will work directly with an experienced senior team and high-value clients. Will be a great next step from someone with strong problem solving skills looking to advance their strategy toolkit.
