**The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of all aspects of the Commercial Cleaning operations across sites, ensuring a safe and efficient performance aligned with the strategic goals. The position also plays a key role in building trust relationship with clients and suppliers, identifying and implementing new business growth opportunities, inspiring people with an ongoing improvement and visible leadership.**
- The position is responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of day-to-day commercial cleaning contracts.
- Responsible for planning, controlling and deploying financial, staffing and physical resources to efficiently deliver agreed services with clients.
- Lead the growth of the division, actively promoting sales of cleaning contracts.
- Manage employees and clients’ grievances and complaints, with a proactive problem-solving attitude and promoting regular feedback.
- Build trust relationship with clients, based on the integrity, reliability and assertive communication.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, company policies and procedures.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports for the Director, maintain the job schedule, daily record keeping of workers hours/set rates.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
