We are a small, well established (23 years), family mortgage broking business priding ourselves on old school customer service. This has resulted in ongoing referrals from past borrowers, including multi-generations from the same families.
We are passionate about helping our customers reach their financial goals and working with them during the most exciting and stressful times of their lives.
We are looking for a reliable and committed individual to partner with us, who is as passionate as we are about the personal/quality service we have built our reputation on.
You can confidently prioritise our customers with a focus on the end goal, provide ongoing communication with customers, lenders, referrers and solicitors and be someone we can rely on to service our customers all the way through the loan process.
- General Office duties as required including:
- Answering phone
- General maintenance of existing loans
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records and files
- Identify issues and independently seek a resolution.
- Follow procedures and be looking to improve client services
- Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion- Grow to Manage the loan process from submission through to settlement
- Handle enquiries from clients.
- Prepare thorough file notes for loans.
- Prepare loan servicing calculators.
- Request and confirm accuracy of all required supporting documents.
- Constant communication with all relevant parties

Pay: $53,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
