**About the role**

Roofbros Tile Recycling is seeking a full-time Counter Sales / Showroom Consultant to join our team in Padstow, NSW. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assisting customers and supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail floor. If you have a passion for the building and construction industry, strong customer service skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing excellent customer service to our retail clients, answering enquiries, and helping them find the right products for their needs
- Maintaining the organisation and presentation of the retail floor, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Assisting with the receiving, storage, and inventory management of recycled roofing materials and supplies
- Performing general retail duties, such as operating the cash register, processing transactions, and handling customer payments
- Supporting the wider team with any other tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the business

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the building and construction industry
- A positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the business
- A valid driver's licence and Forklift licence LF (desirable)
- The ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, and rotating Saturday mornings is essential.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
