**About the role**
The Speech Pathology Clinical Educator is responsible for facilitation and development of education initiatives that foster a culture of clinical learning within the Speech Pathology profession at Eastern Health. Supported by a collaborative interprofessional education team and an active member of the Speech Pathology leadership team, this role contributes clinical and education knowledge and skills to drive innovative education initiatives with a focus on supporting the clinical workforce to deliver high quality patient care.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and eligibility for membership to Speech Pathology Australia
- Post Graduate qualifications within profession, education or equivalent
- Demonstrated use of education skills, methods and e-learning technologies to develop and deliver education initiatives including interprofessional education.
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
