Research Associate/research Fellow

- Part-time (0.5 FTE), fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027, based in the UniSA Education Futures Unit at the Mawson Lakes campus
- Salary range: $100,322 - $133,388 [pro rata] per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
**About you**
You are a collaborative and dependable professional with a strong understanding of evaluation processes in education and the school sector. With experience managing multiple projects and working across multidisciplinary teams, you bring clear communication, sound judgement and a kind, team-oriented approach. You’re confident working independently while building positive relationships.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Professor of the Learning Sciences, you will contribute to UniSA Education Futures’ research efforts by managing data collection, storage, analysis, and project administration for specified projects and consultancies. You will support the development and publication of research outputs and may also assist in delivering Teacher Professional Learning linked to these research projects.

**To be successful you will need**
- Postgraduate qualification relevant to research (Level A); PhD preferred (Level B)
- Experience implementing data collection and liaising with industry partners
- Skilled in data analysis using SPSS, R, and/or NVivo
- Strong written, oral, and digital communication with effective teamwork
- High level administrative and organisational skills applicable to the university context
