Join our fun and vibrant team and support one Urban Land Housing's most successful Sales Managers one the delivery of off the plan, land sales.

**The Role**

An exciting role that will see you as the backbone of support to a busy, motivated and highly successful sales team. You will primarily assist in providing support through the coordination, administration and delivery of land sales.
- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries
- Carry out all sales administration tasks.
- Provide support with the day-to-day sales-based activities.
- Maintain and manage all data entry into the CRM.
- Open and close the sales offices and ensure the office is immaculately maintained and presented.
- Online marketing including social media, and updating of project marketing collateral such as brochures, price lists and master plans.

**About You**
- Previous Real Estate experience in a similar role will be highly regarded, but not essential.
- Previous administrative and customer service experience.
- A superior level of verbal and written communication skills and be professionally presented.
- A positive and energetic attitude.
- A desire and passion to work within the Property industry.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Available to work weekends.
- Have a reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license (motor vehicle allowances apply)

Pay: From $48,500.00 per year
