**The Role**

As a crucial member of the Adviser and Licensee Servicing team, you'll harness data to revolutionise service quality and drive strategic decision-making across our organisation.

Your expertise will be vital in shaping our new financial adviser offering, turning complex data into powerful narratives that guide our assurance processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover critical risks, trends, and insights that inform strategic business decisions
- Design and develop innovative risk models and indicators to support financial adviser assurance activity and transaction monitoring Create compelling, easy-to-understand reports, dashboards, and visualisations that translate complex data into actionable intelligence
- Collaborate closely with Assurance Specialists and technology stakeholders to enhance service quality and compliance
- Implement scalable solutions leveraging automation tools technologies to streamline transaction monitoring and reporting
- Develop standardised business intelligence processes and self-service guides that empower internal teams

What We're Looking For:

- A highly skilled data analysis professional with comprehensive experience in risk, compliance, audit, or assurance domains
- Advanced technical proficiency in Python, SQL, Azure, and DataBricks, with exceptional Power BI skills
- Deep understanding of financial services, particularly superannuation or financial advice
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data insights for diverse stakeholders
- A strategic problem-solver who can seamlessly convert business requirements into sophisticated data and reporting solutions
- We're looking for someone with strong technical skills as well as a creative, analytical thinker who can drive meaningful change through data-driven insights.
