My Stars Berwick is seeking a **Diploma Qualified Educator** to take on the role of **Morning Supervisor**. This position is responsible for **opening the service at 6:30 am**, Monday to Friday, ensuring smooth and safe early morning operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the opening of the centre each morning at 6:30 am, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children and families

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- **Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care**:

- **Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications**:

- Two professional referees from the early childhood sector

**Daily Duties**:

- Open the centre promptly at 6:30 am, ensuring safety checks are completed
- Set up equipment and experiences for the morning session (indoors and outdoors)
- Greet and assist children and families as they arrive
- Ensure all morning routines, including hygiene, breakfast, and transitions, are smoothly managed
- Support the team in delivering engaging educational activities in line with the program
- Monitor staff ratios and manage break times for the morning team
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring all safety checks are completed
